After receiving a valid request, PersonaChat will delete or anonymize account-related data where technically and legally possible, including account profile information, authentication identifiers, chat history, created characters, likes, favorites, generated images, and other account activity.
Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or compliance purposes.
If you used Facebook Login or connected a Meta account to PersonaChat, you may also remove PersonaChat from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
