PersonaChat is intended for users who are old enough to use AI companion experiences in their region and legally allowed to access the service.

Characters are fictional AI personas for entertainment, roleplay, and companion experiences. They are not real people, professionals, therapy, emergency support, or medical, legal, or financial advice.

Do not use PersonaChat for illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, non-consensual, deceptive, minor-related, or policy-violating content or conduct.

Users are responsible for their accounts and submitted content. PersonaChat may change, restrict, suspend, or remove content or accounts where necessary. Premium pricing and checkout terms are subject to posted pricing and the relevant checkout provider.

Discord is a third-party platform governed by Discord’s own terms and policies. PersonaChat does not control Discord’s availability, interface, permissions, moderation decisions, or account actions. Users must comply with both PersonaChat rules and Discord rules.

The Discord bot may only be used with approved public PersonaChat characters. Users may not use the bot for harassment, illegal activity, impersonation, abuse, attempts to bypass limits, or content prohibited by PersonaChat’s safety rules. Server administrators are responsible for deciding whether to install and enable the bot in their communities.

PersonaChat may suspend, limit, or disable Discord access to protect users, comply with platform requirements, or prevent abuse. Discord chat availability, message limits, characters, commands, and features may change. Continuing a Discord conversation on PersonaChat may require a PersonaChat account. Discord conversations remain private and are not automatically submitted for public character discovery.
