PersonaChat may receive information such as account email, authentication details, profile and character content, prompts, chat-related interaction data, preferences, support messages, and other details users choose to submit.

Information may be used to operate the service, maintain accounts, display characters, support chat experiences, investigate safety reports, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

When PersonaChat Server Persona is used on Discord, PersonaChat may process Discord user ID, Discord server ID, Discord server name when Discord provides it, the selected approved public PersonaChat character, chat mode and language settings, messages sent to the bot, conversation state, story state, relationship state, memory summaries, message usage, technical events needed to operate, secure, debug, and measure the integration, and a secure continuation token used to transfer a Discord conversation to PersonaChat.

Discord integration data is used to provide the Discord chat experience, maintain conversation continuity, enforce message limits, prevent abuse, let a user continue the same private conversation on PersonaChat, diagnose failures, protect the service, and measure basic product usage and reliability.

Discord chats are private and are not published in the PersonaChat public character catalog. A Discord conversation is attached to a PersonaChat account only when the user signs in and chooses to continue or import it. Discord server administrators cannot read users’ private DM conversations through PersonaChat, and PersonaChat does not sell Discord conversation data.

Private user-created PersonaChat characters are not automatically made public or available through Discord. Only characters approved for public availability may be used as server personas. Discord integration data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate PersonaChat, and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, legal obligations, and user-requested continuity.

Premium access or paid features may involve external checkout or payment providers. Those providers may process payment details under their own terms and privacy practices.

Users should not share secrets, government IDs, financial details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in chats or public character content.
